Argo RECOM Golden Finger Health

Led by the unstoppable Four Seasons beverage manager Federico Balzarini, this groundbreaking bar is named after Argo – the ship that sailed Jason and the Argonauts to the Golden Fleece in Greek mythology. Argo provides a taste of the future of drinking – and poses the question: 'What will we be sipping on when ingredients run out or demand for spirits can't be met?'

Argo's menu uses Asian-sourced ingredients which risk becoming a luxury due to scarcity caused by climate. Its latest menu, titled Combinations, is split into categories of one, two, three or four core ingredients, ranging from cacao to kumquat. From its single-element drinks, expect highballs of pineapple honey, jasmine-infused pineapple, and pineapple tomato shrub. Alternatively, the four-element Dr. J Negroni supercharges the classic negroni with pineapple, bergamot, cacao and grapes. In 2025, the bar celebrates its fourth birthday, with no signs of slowing down any time soon.
